bio

Cecelia's love of costumes began when she requested her grandfather dress her like Queen Amidala from Star Wars when she was five. She continues to use her love of history, science fiction movies and video games to make cosplay costumes for herself. She intends to utilize her skills and imagination to pursue work as a Costume Designer.
